At ShopCircuit, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period.
Order Cancellations
Modifications or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, processing may have already begun, and we may be unable to accommodate changes. Approved cancellations within the timeframe will be refunded within 10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
Unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are not issued for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse. Non-approved returns or those sent outside the return window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.
To initiate a return, ensure the item is in its original, unused condition and securely packaged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is received in a damaged condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the return is received, processing and inspection may take up to 10 business days. If approved, please allow up to 40 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds are issued in USD ($), and any foreign exchange fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Use & Safety
We encourage responsible use of our products and adherence to all provided safety instructions. Improper use may lead to damage or injury, and refunds or replacements for such cases will be subject to evaluation. If you experience any issues while using a product, discontinue use immediately and seek assistance.
Damaged Items
Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or arrives broken. Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself is not classified as a defect.
If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence of the issue. If deemed eligible, a replacement may be provided. Refunds or returns are not accepted for items damaged due to wear and tear, normal use, or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other external factors. In case of delivery issues, customers are encouraged to reach out to the shipping provider directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
